A: Yes! YASICOL mainly focuses on B2B wholesale of e-liquids, and we also support OEM/ODM projects for partners who want custom flavors, packaging, or branding.

3. What’s your lead time?
A: Normally:
1. If we have stock, it ships out within 2-3 working days after payment.
2. If it’s a custom or pre-order, it usually takes 2-3 weeks after receiving the deposit.

Larger bulk orders or special packaging might take a little longer — check with our team for precise timing.

4. What shipping methods do you offer?
A1: Shipping Methods:
Most orders are shipped door-to-door by air or to your nearest airport.
Sea shipping is also available, depending on your country and order volume.
We’ll always help choose the best shipping option for you.

A2: Delivery Time:
By air: about 8–12 working days
By sea: about 30 days, depending on your location and shipping way.

5. Will I get a tracking number?
A: Absolutely! We’ll send you the tracking number within 2 working days after dispatch.

6. Do you handle customs declarations and tax refunds for exports?
A: Yes. According to the China Tobacco Administration, since November 2022, all e-liquid and vape product exports must undergo proper customs declaration and tax refund. We strictly follow the law to ensure your order is legal and hassle-free.

7. How do I pay?
A: We accept bank wire transfer.
Our bank details will be included in your official PI (Proforma Invoice).

8. Do you offer OEM or custom flavors?
A: Yes, we love custom projects!
We can produce unique e-liquid recipes, nicotine levels, bottle sizes, and even help design your own branded packaging.

9. What about warranty?
A: For e-liquid, we guarantee product quality within **6 months** of receipt. Store the liquids properly to maintain the best flavor.

10. How’s your after-sales support?
A: If there’s any issue, please send us:

* A short video describing the problem
* Clear photos of the packaging and bottle labels

We’ll reply within 2 working days. If there’s a quality issue not caused by misuse or improper storage, we’ll replace it and ship replacements with your next order. If you want them shipped separately, the shipping cost is on the buyer.
